Dynamics 365 F&O Remove a Person from a System User Record

This isn’t a mistake I make often, but I don’t make it enough to remember how to correct it.

When you update the person field on a system user record in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations the field grays out. It’s not obvious how to change it.
