Download Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 release candidate (RC)

Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 RC has been release and can be downloaded from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=39704

Microsoft planned to release the official update the same time as the release of Visual Studio 2013.  This release is mostly bug fixes for Team Foundation Service and Lightswtich
