Problem Statement
Developers are frequently reporting that any new/existing custom entities appeared read-only in the UCI but working properly properly in the Classic web UI.
This is due to mobile ready only setting.
Solution
Please find the steps below,
Step 1.
Click on the Settings Icon (Top right corner) => Go to Advanced Settings => Select the Settings area => Customization => Search for specific entity => find the Outlook and Mobile tab
Step 2.
Unchecked the read-only in mobile.
Step 3 : Save the changes and publish the customization.
Step 4 : Navigate to UCI app and refresh the window (Ctrl + F5)
Now you will all the buttons as per the security roles(Same as classic web) .
