License plate grouping when using GIT receiving menu item

Hi everyone,

I am taking a look at the new "Goods in transit item receiving" menu item within the new Landed Cost functionality and I have found out that it has no option to group by license plate as the "PO line receiving menu item". Screehshots attached:

Is what I think correct? It looks like, so far, it is not possible for D365FO to automatically group and generate license plates for units in the Unit Sequence Group using the GIT line receiving menu item as it can be achieved by using the PO line receiving menu item.

    You are correct that the license plate grouping policy is not supported for Goods in Transit receiving menu item options. I raised this concern with MFST, and they responded with, "This item isn’t currently planned for the upcoming wave. However, it remains in our backlog and will be considered for future releases."
     
    This feature would make receiving goods significantly easier on the warehouse floor and truly needs to be escalated. Additionally, within the documentation for Goods in transit processing, MFST states, "The configuration settings for these processes resemble the settings for the purchase order receive and putaway work creation processes," which is not true in regards to License plate grouping setting on PO receiving menu items and fail to mention that in their "differences" section of that article.
