Power BI embedded dashboard in dynamics CRM 365 licence issue

Hi there

We have a CRM 365 dynamics license and a power bi license.

When I embed a power bi report for a user to access from CRM365 I am having an issue where each user needs a power bi license.

Is this the case?

Is there anyway to publish to give users who never use BI and just want to view reports access without a license?

I am still trying to find an answer. I was told that if your users have fabric installed (free version) then you can set it up.

Trying that today.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I'm afraid that's not possible.
I have made various attempts and in CRM365, when user level users view the embedded Power BI reports, they need a Power BI Pro license anyway or they will not be able to view the reports.

When a user requests access, the user will be prompted to request Pro permissions.

If you don't apply for Pro privileges, you will be prompted for insufficient privileges.
