Derek Lichtenwalner from Nestlé Waters and Foyin Olajide-bello from Sterling Bank will share their stories and demo their solutions.
Derek is a self-taught Power Apps expert at Nestlé Waters. He started his career at Nestlé as a production technician and is now a Digital Transformation Specialist. Over the past year he has built over fifteen digital solutions that are used daily at the Nestlé Waters manufacturing facilities to tag safety issues, conduct daily operational reviews, and more.
Foyin is a Microsoft 365 Program Lead at Sterling Bank in Nigeria. She started her app development journey building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to optimize various paper and Excel-based processes. She started a Citizen Developer Academy to empower and upskill others at the bank. She has helped lead the local user groups in Nigeria, that have grown to hundreds of members in just a few months. Foyin will be joined by the Chief Digital Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling Bank.
