Can I deploy a higher-version patch before lower-version patches in Dynamics CRM?

Hi All,

I have a scenario in Dynamics 365 CRM:

  • There are 3 pending patches that are not yet deployed.

  • I have an urgent patch that needs to be deployed immediately.

  • The urgent patch does not modify any of the same components as the 5 pending patches.

  • I want to ensure this deployment does not affect the overall solution or other components.

My questions:

  1. Can I deploy the urgent higher-version patch first, and then deploy the older lower-version patches afterward safely, without impacting the overall solution or other components?

  2. If some components are shared between the higher-version patch and the lower-version patches, what would be the recommended approach or scenario to handle this safely?

I have the same question (2)
