Issue with 9-hour workdays in Project Operations

I'm having a problem in Dynamics 365 Project Operations.  Our workday is 9 hours, I design the Resource calendars well with 9-hour days but when I create the TASKS in Project Operations grid with MS Project, it assumes 8 hour work days.   Has anyone had a similar situation and can help me?  Thanks in advance.

Gracias adelantadas.

The option to enable Self Defined Project Duration should be in the "Control de caracteristics" menu in the toolbar at the top of your screenshot. Do you see it there? If not, what version are you on?

    Hello,

I agree with Erica that the self project duration can help you, however, you may experience issues since you are fixating the days of the month to 20 (example)

You can also try to use the Project Calendar control feature with which you can directly see which calendar is being used for project scheduling. The first step would be to open the project and click on the Calendar tab, there you will see the working days for that specific project. If the work hours are not aligned to what you want, try to change the template using the Calendar action which is placed right next to the Project Budget. Here click Change template and select the one you want to use. After you perform these actions click again on the Calendar action and click Sync. With this function, the Tasks should get synced to the new calendar.

Please let me know if this helped.

I think there is a new feature to help with this issue. If you go to Settings>Parameter, you can enable "Self Defined Project Duration" under Feature Control. It places a section on the Project like this -
