How do you plan implementations and track progress in BC?

Looking for apps or templates used to plan Business Central migrations/implementations.

we don't have dedicated system to tack progress besides just using notes.

I'm aware of the "Planner" in Teams, but curious if there are other resources recommended for transparency between partners and hopefully customers too

It depends on the size of the project you can consider DevOps and Microsoft Project

You will get some replies but frankly a lot of this is in house knowledge so I doubt Partners would be willing to share...

You can use Git Hub and DEVOPS for the projects and planning.. it will help in source code maintance as well.
