Updating address on Customer Statement

We moved recently and need to update the address on the customer statement that gets printed and mailed out. I need to find that form in GP in order to update it. When we open the Report Type: Template in GP it opens in Word and that's the one that is incorrect. If we open it under Report Type: Standard the address is correct.
