Sync lead insights on parent contact insights

Hi!

Is it possible to sync realtime lead insights to the parent contact insights? My client would like to be able to see eg. emails send to a lead on the related contacts inisghts tab.

To synchronize lead details with key contact information in real time, you can use the SAP Communication History feature

Hi,

Unfortunately, this feature is not currently supported.

A user has suggested a similar idea, and you can ask your colleagues to upvote it.

View contact email interactions on the parent account timeline & insights tab

Our product team has direct visibility of these ideas, and they will implement it on the basis of the highest number of votes received.
