I am currently facing the following two issues, which are preventing me from upgrading the version 46 from V44 and accessing the UI. Is there any other way to resolve this problem?
Issue 1: The version upgrade to V46 failed at step 23.
Here is the log information:
Error message: 'Query extended range failure: Invalid class name 'WorkflowApprovalHistoryEntity'..' on category 'Error'
Object: WorkflowApprovalHistoryEntity' and 'VRMPersonEntity'.
Steps attempted:
I checked both objects and confirmed there are no customizations. I also compared these objects with V46 and found no differences. I tried resuming the version upgrade, but it did not work. However, I was able to build and sync the model by selecting the relevant model.
Issue 2: After aborting the version upgrade process, I am unable to log in to the UI because the system continuously displays a the below popup.
Steps attempted:
I have restarted the environment, reset the IIS through CMD, and rotated the SSL certificate, but no luck.
Is there any other solution or workaround other than provisioning a new LCS VM?
