Where can we setup/config in D365 to mail export notifications as from data management exports. Want to setup a notification email to mail all projectnames and entity names export statuses not "Succeed". Also want to get notifications on "Partially Succeed" statuses too.

In short I need system to send email notifications on export job status in data management (D365) - Projectname, Entityname, status (Status <> Succeed)

Why not build something great in Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps, there are business/data events which you could use as a trigger:
