Hi all, we are performing some maintenance on Monday, May 27. No action is needed on your part but there is a potential impact for a small number of edge cases. I want to share the potential impact along with mitigation/support options if you are affected.
Time period: May 27 from 10am PST to 4pm PST
All Remote Assist features (calling, chat, annotations, etc.) will work normally except for the following:
If you are running an old preview version of One-Time Calling from before August 2022, then One-Time Call links may not launch RA during the period.
- Mitigation: launch RA manually from your mobile device, or update to a supported version of the RA solution, which is not affected.
If you have created a protocol activation link with JSON data that launches RA (developers only), then RA may not launch during the period.
- Mitigation: launch RA manually from your device and join the call.
If you are impacted:
- Both of the above issues will be resolved by the end of the maintenance period.
- Our team and CSS will be standing by if you do experience any issues.
