External Accountant Can Not Send E-mail From Business Central

Hi,
 
Some of our clients are using an External Accountant (using External Accountant license) to do their bookkeeping and they are not able to send email messages from Business Central.

How can we give an External Accountant permission to send emails from Business Central?

    As far as I know, this can't be done, and it's documented in MS Learn (Docs).
