We're currently establishing Dynamics as our primary CRM and looking to migrate our Marketing offer from Adobe Campaign Classic to Dynamics Marketing. (Mostly because of PIPL Data legislation.)
One of the major advantages of Adobe Campaign is that it has a good connector for WeChat as China is a big audience for us.
Does anyone know of or have any experience of using Dynamics Marketing with WeChat? I know it can be done for customer service, but we'd like to push notifications and maybe WeChat moments content out to WeChat instead of using email or SMS which are far less frequently used and then bring the data back into Dynamics afterwards.
I don't know if this is even possible!
