Bulk export of Knowledge Articles to PDF or Word

In Dynamics 365 Customer Service CRM, I am looking for a way to bulk export Knowledge Articles content to PDF/Word.

We are able to view the article and print them individually; however, we cannot find a way to convert them in bulk.

Is there a power automate workflow that can do this or any other built in feature that can allow us to convert knowledge material in bulk for training purposes.

I have the same question (0)

Sorry if this has already been said, I can't see the other posts in the thread due to a "liquid error".

We achieved this using PowerApps and PowerAutomate. The PowerApp simply provides a GUI for the user, the PowerAutomate mainly uses the OneDrive for Business connector to save the KB article in its native HTML, then convert the HTML to PDF.

    Hi Partner,
For one knowledge article, you can export it through word template directly:
If you want to bulk export articles, you can use power automate to achieve it, which can help you populate word template automatically.
Microsoft Power Automate has a huge range of functionality and with the help of the native Word connector, it is possible to take a prepared Word document and populate it with data from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Please refer to the following links for more detailed steps:

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
