Hi Team,

Can you suggest how i can enable Business Process Flow for Entity "Service Activity". I have gone through few post and found that only entities

which have updated forms are supported but in Service Activity this field is non editable as shown below:-

Can you suggest how we can activate or any other solution to implement Business Process Flow in such entities.

Thank you:

Preeti

It's product design, you can not enable BPF on that entity

    Hi,

Unfortunately it is not possible to enable BPF on this entity.

Please mark my answer verified if this is helpful!

    Hey PS Dynamics,

You haven't shared how you plan to use the BPF, but is it really necessary to even have one? You could accomplish almost the same functionality with an additional tab called "Steps to Follow" and multiple sections with descriptive headers. You can even show/hide fields based on results as a way of creating a branched process within the form.

    Thoughts?

    Let me know

    Hi PS Dynamics,

This is by design. You couldn't enable BPF for some entities such as Activity and Service Activity.
