ReportReport

Hi everyone

I'm using Business Central online and I want to send an email with a scheduled report to a specific email address. I've set up the SMTP email settings for the current user and specify the email address in the print management

and I have also selected my current user with the report in the printer selection page and set the printer name to the one I created in print management above.

Now that I run my current report

the report shows up in the report inbox, but it is not being sent to the specified email address..

any help would be greatly appreciated..

Regards

I think no, instead you can use other printer methods using azure cloud printers

    Hi Nitin Verma,

I am grateful for your help. I have something to add here regarding report scheduling in Business Central. Whenever I print the report manually, I receive it in my specified email.

However, when I schedule the report, I am not able to print it and can only save it as a PDF. I am facing an error when trying to select a printer.

Is it possible to modify this functionality through development?
Thank you for your kind response.

    Hi,

Thanks for your suggestion. I have already checked and confirmed that my SMTP email settings are correct and I am able to send a test email.
I have created a cloud printer and have set the email to which I want to send my report.

And I'm selecting the same printer for my report..

When I run the report in batch, I'm not able to receive the report in my specified email even though it is showing up in the report inbox.
Note that I'm facing the same issue for our custom Budget report as well.
And the SMTP settings are working fine for this user
    Regards

First check if your email is correct and able to send test email.

    Hi Nitin Verma,

Thank you for your response. I'm not facing any error, but I'm unable to receive the report in my email even though it is showing up in the report inbox. Is there anything else I need to do to achieve this functionality..

    Thanks.
