I re-enabled Storage account and now I'm able to export.
Report service in Report Server Configuration Manager is also in started status but still getting the same error - The remote name could not be resolved: 'devXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXdevaossoap.axcloud.dynamics.com'

Can you check on Data management > Framework parameter if you can validate the service account to directory?
If you get error message, if you can check if the Data management service is up and running. For the SSRS part you need to check if the "Report Server Configuration Manager" if the report service is not "Stopped"

I do have SysAdmin access.
I checked user permissions, data management settings and Security role. everything seems to be fine.
For Network and firewall settings - Do we have any check list to check the necessary ports and protocols needs to be open to allow the data export process?

Are you trying with a sysAdmin role? If not, then can you please try with Admin role and let us know if you face the same issue? As it might just be a permission issue.
