Hi All,

I'm getting below error when I try to export Standard entity using Data management in DEV VM

The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.

Did anyone face this issue before? Kindly help me on this.

Hi,

I re-enabled Storage account and now I'm able to export.

Report service in Report Server Configuration Manager is also in started status but still getting the same error - The remote name could not be resolved: 'devXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXdevaossoap.axcloud.dynamics.com'

Hi Pras,

Can you check on Data management > Framework parameter if you can validate the service account to directory?

If you get error message, if you can check if the Data management service is up and running. For the SSRS part you need to check if the "Report Server Configuration Manager" if the report service is not "Stopped"

I do have SysAdmin access.

I checked user permissions, data management settings and Security role. everything seems to be fine.

For Network and firewall settings - Do we have any check list to check the necessary ports and protocols needs to be open to allow the data export process?

I'm having similar kind of issue with SSRS report as well. when I try to run SSRS report, I'm getting this error - The remote name could not be resolved: 'devXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXdevaossoap.axcloud.dynamics.com'

Could anyone help me on this.

You can try to check the following points:
Check user permissions: Make sure the user account used to perform the export operation has the appropriate permissions to access and export standard entity data.
View data management settings: Check the settings and configuration of the data management workspace. Ensure that user accounts used during data management are granted the necessary permissions and access rights.
Verify security roles: Verify that the security roles associated with the user account have the required permissions to export data from standard entities.
Check network and firewall settings: Verify that there are no network or firewall restrictions preventing the DEV VM from establishing a connection to the remote server. Make sure the necessary ports and protocols are open to allow the data export process to function properly.

Hi Pras,

Are you trying with a sysAdmin role? If not, then can you please try with Admin role and let us know if you face the same issue? As it might just be a permission issue.
