Schedule board is not working as expected

Hi,
In order to filter results on the Schedule Board, We need to use the Resource filters. When filtering on Countries, Office/Site and Category/Role there is no filtered result, the amount of resources in the view after I have applied a filter parameter is the same as when there is no filter applied.
The only filter working seems to be the Characteristics.
In seems like we are getting results when using Territories filter, but we are questioning the validity of the search, one example is Jozef Voskar, when we filter on territory Americas, he is shown on the Schedule Board, but according to the Bookable Resource profile, he is in Europe.

We need the resource filter to filter results when we apply on every filter, e.g when we filter on Office/Site, we should have a result on the Schedule Board with resources linked to the office/site and not all as we see today.
And yes, we have clicked Apply to apply the filter, and also tried this in the resource scheduling app
.
Can anyone help what may be the issue?

    Hi,

    In schedule board setting, in other section you can find filter layout, resource retrieve query.

    Check whether it is customized and check query in the layout is correct and if there is any mismatch it will be your problem.

    Also you can change back to default query.
