Is there a way NOT to use the Gift Cards system, but not manage the cards as inventory, but use the system to track and use them. This avoids billing the initial card and issuing a money receipt for the charged amount without subsequent tax.
Hi, Perhaps you can set up gift cards as a payment method, you can track and use gift cards in D365 FO, and also avoid the complexity of inventory management. But it may not be possible to avoid using a gift card system. Best Regards, Hana
