LCS Service Update Failed D365 On-premise UAT environment

Hi All,

In On-premise implementation, we are trying to update UAT environment to the latest version through LCS.

Current Version:  8.1 (8.1.136.20039) and trying to update 10.0.22.

Update was failed and not able to rollback. We tried Retry and Rollback option and nothing is worked out.

Also, Maintain option is disabled now. We downloaded the log and trying to find some information to sort out.

please check and suggest, what needs to be done.
