Please help me in this case!
I have a few purchase requisition (PR) that had been approved and i need to release them to PO, but the approved PRs was in the previous fiscal year and I got an error : /Purchase requisition line was pre-encumbered in a fiscal year that is different from the accounting date of the purchase order. Hence, purchase order cannot be created./
I had tried to change the accounting date of PR but system not allow me to do this. I tried to release the PR to PO with the PO accounting date in the previous fiscal year but the screen /Release approve purchaser requisition/ don't have option to select the accounting date, it automatic set the accounting date to current date.
