Add Copilot summarization to case page

This guide explains how to set up the Copilot summarization section for the support case page so users can quickly review a case and its timeline summary.
Use the site created with the Community or Customer self-service portal template. These portals include the support case page.
Step 1 - Create site settings
Before using the data summarization API, use the Portal Management app to enable the required site settings.
Open the Portal Management app.
On the selected website record, select Site Settings.
Enter the following site settings and values.
Categories:

    Step 3 - Test the summarization
    Select the My support tab.
    Create a new case and add a case description.
    Add comments.
    To view the case summary, select the down arrow in the Copilot summary section.
    Repeat these steps for other case records.

    Step 2 - Add the Copilot summary section
    In this step, you add a summary section at the top of the case page.
    Open Power Pages studio.
    Select Edit for the site that you want to edit.
    Select Customer Service - Edit Case.
    On this page, you add a summary section.
    Select Edit code to open Visual Studio Code.
    Copy the following code, and add it to the beginning of the code block.
