Dear All,

I would like to know how we can check all the purchase order related the items

We are using both kind of product type 1) item 2) Service

All service items are non-stocked

We would like to know how we can see all the purchase order created based on normal item and service item. Is there any way we can see in dynamics 365

This solution is inadequate because not all users can do this and need security config. Using "Open Purchase Order Line" still cannot because the Service Item not showing.

Hello,

I hope you and your family are doing well.

If you are using the chrome table browser extension - add the base URL to the table browser add-in and open table named "PurchLine". Now you can filter by a specific service itemID and should see all purchase order lines for that specific service item.

If you are trying to filter items by service vs. stocked items and reference to all PO lines I would probably export the released products v2 entity via DMF. The item mode group what specified if item is stocked or service item is part of that export. As a second DMF export, I would run the Purchase order lines entity. Now, I filter the first file by stocked item group and copy paste the results into a second sheet in the second extract. Using Vlookups you can now reference back to PO lines. Repeat the same for service items.

Hy Jaseem,

yes you can see this from releasedd product form.

Just select this:

- "Manage Inventory" in Navigation menu and then "View" and then "Transactions"

This will show you all transactions that are in the system to this item.
