Segments based on connections

Hi community,

I'm a beginner with dynamics sales / marketing and facing the following issue:

From Contact -> Account I created a connection with a role ("ProjectManager").

How can I create a (dynamic)segment showing me all contacts with this specific role?

    Hi Ralf,

    Yes, You can.

    From Contact -> Account I created a connection with a role ("ProjectManager").

    Contact and Account have related through one connection, which means that the contact has been related to one connection record.

    If you want to use connection and role in the segment, you need enable connection and connection role entities in the Marketing App firstly:

    Go Marketing > Settings area > Dataset Configuration, check these two entities, publish changes.

    Now, you can use connection and role in the segment:
