Scheduled Statements (Customer Statements)

Hi everyone,

How does user control the date when customer statement will be sent using Scheduled Statements, please? I tested Scheduled Statements with Preview Report Output to run Job Queue immediately. However, there is no report output created. Additionally, I check Job Queue and there is no specific Job Queue card for this Job.

Does anyone have a better experience sending Scheduled Statements from Business Central,  please?

Thank you,

Alexandra

Kim Dallefeld what are the right inputs in the Job Queue for scheduling sending Customer Statements automatically? I used Code unit 8811 and No. minutes between set to 43200 minutes every Sunday as suggested above. Left Parameter String field blank. After scheduled time, getting the error that the request parameters for Standard Customer Statement were not set up. It does work when I am using Scheduled Statements from Customer List but there is no separate Job Queue Entry Card after running this action. Although, there is a record of successful Job run on Job Queue Log Entries List.

    Any suggestions, please?

You can create a job queue for this, however, there are challenges. The data that you input when running statements must be defined and verified that it is as desired by the same user that creates the job queue. Set the job queue to run on Sundays with 43200 minutes between runs.  (24 hours per day is 1440 per day and that times 30 days is 43200 minutes per month)
