10We are trying to set up a JE workflow for a user who entered the batch. We want the email to go to one user for approval (in step 1). If that user does not approve the batch within 1 hour, we want an email to be sent to the next approver (in Step 2). Currently, both approvers are getting the email at the same time. We want the second person in Step 2 only to get the email if the user in Step 1 does not approve the batch within their allotted time. Can anyone provide the proper conditions we should be using?
