Dears,

I have a case where I had 4 entities in one Database and one Tenant where I need to Split them into different entities and different tenants, is there a way that i can export one Entity and import it into another tenant with all its transaction and master Data?

    Hi Hayan,

Can you confirm if you mean Legal entities when you say Entity? If so, there is no way of exporting all data including transactions. You can take a database backup and restore it in full. Deleting records from a restored database is probably giving a lot of challenges and data inconsistencies.

    Hi,
You can refer to this official documentation: Copy configuration data between companies or legal entities overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. It introduces how to copy configuration data between companies or legal entities.
Or you can check out this official documentation: Data import and export jobs overview - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft LearnThis article describes how you can use the data management framework to manage data entities and data entity packages in finance and operations and how to export and import data.
    Best regards,
    Kevin
