I have checked the setup's which you have told.
1. No, I have created new Purchase Order, before that also tried into existing Orders. (Both have same issues.)
2. Yes, I have number Series Setup.
3. I don't get the register part.
4. Yes i Have.

Looks good. Get other basic questions out of the way to further assist. Does that line/order already have a warehouse receipt? Do you have the number series setup for warehouse purchase receipts? You will need it for put-aways too in your case. Don't forget the registered documents as well. You can check in warehouse setup. Do you have warehouse employees setup too? Just for later, it shouldn't block you from creating at least.

What are the settings on the location of Miami?
