have u extended standard menu and make AllowRootNavigaion Yes ??

Do you have the option like mentioned above in the Common menu? You can also try to use 'WorkflowWorkListAssignedToMe' instead of 'HCMWorkflowWorklist'.

is there any other way i can open it without giving a system administrator Role ?
I found a "AllowRootNavigation" property for the menu item display "HcmWorkerflowWorkList" and it is set to No.
Does this resolve my issue? i still did not try it yet.

Hi Mohammad,
If you are not a system administrator, you have to use the menu paths to navigate to the forms. It is probably opening the page "Work items assigned to me". You can find this option in the Common menu or using the "Search for a page" search bar.
