How to I get a Export to PDF button on my ribbon - Field Service Work Order

Hi all,

I have been trying to Google this and not much is coming up for FS.  In sales you can have a button on the ribbon called 'Export to PDF'

which brings up a window with the button I'm interested in 'Save to Dynamics'

I have this in Sales and it is part of the selling process however I would find this really useful in Field Service for some of the documents that are produced from the Work Order. Is there such thing as this? At the moment if i want a document from the Work Order I am going to the three dots on the right hand side, Word Templates, select my template which gets locally saved and then I convert it to a PDF on my computer and manually upload it back into the timeline notes as an attachment to the WO.

SURELY there must be an easier way than this and I can get this button from somewhere?! Am I being stupid here?!

Thanks in advance,

Becky

    Hi RebeccaG17,

Starting from 2020 Wave 2 release Export to PDF feature is enabled for all entities including custom entities.

To Enable this feature Open Sales Hub app->Navigate to App Settings->Productivity Tool->Convert to PDF.
