Hello am a learner of the D365 F&O ,

I have created a queue for my purchase requisitions and also set a condition as in the screenshot below. I then created a purchase requisition and made sure it fulfills the condition I set but I cant seem to find it in "work items assigned to queues I administer " or "work items assigned to me". Yes I did check the administrator box when I created the queue.

Hi Learner A,

If the document is submitted to the workflow, check the workflow history for the workflow message.

1) In case of an error, try to understand the error, solve it and resume the message.

2) In case of pending, check if the batch framework is running correctly and that the workflow message batch job is configured correctly.
