Most of our build is custom, no code, built on Customer Engagement and Field Service. Within the last 24 hours, with no administrative/solution changes, various entities will not save new records. It will produce the following Error:

The type initializer for '<Module>' threw an exception.

Error code: 0x80040265Session

Id: 8a5d5da0-d166-4c92-80d2-6f43809e490d

Activity Id: 6c11fc5c-4f7e-4261-901a-ef446cefb2dd

Our google powers makes it look like it's .net related and we tested across browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, New Edge, and Internet Explorer) and they all had mixed results with no consistency. It continues to be intermittent.

Any thoughts?

    Hi,

Is it online or on-premises. If it is on-premises, please check if there any recent update to your server and the .net version got changed. Also check if any custom .net code related to plugin or workflow got deployed to Dynamics.

Please share any log information if you can.

    Best Regards

    PG
