more poor functionality from microsoft.
I should have control over the elements that make up my application.
So we are basically stuck with OOB default email template or we have to make our users select a template everytime they want to send an email? Is that the lame solution we are stuck with? Anyone? (no i dont want a third party plug-in.)
I could not recommend the power platform. Too many of these instances where MS does not allow us to control the elements that make up our applications. Restricted elements, nightmare ribbon mgmt, bugs, inconsistencies galore. oh and the most worthless error messages EVER!!
Their sales folks come in and sell the sizzle only to our mgmt then I get stuck with the lameness that we paid good money for. If I tried to sell a solution like this to my customers I would be run out of town on a rail.
Hi Dikist,
This is one of the basic requirement which we very often receive from Dynamics CRM users who are involved in marketing and sales activities. To overcome these and other email designing issues Team Soluzione Inc has created Drag and Drop Email Template Builder for Dynamics 365 CRM. You can create attractive email templates and do all kinds of email formatting using this addon.

Hi,
Thank you for your query.
Default Email fonts cannot be changed in the Unified Interface Apps.
An workaround is to design Email Templates (with required fonts) for most of the occasions, users can modify the text as per there needs.
By the way, if you have configured Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, you can use Outlook to send emails (with your default fonts), emails will be tracked in the Dynamics 365 as per your configuration.
