Hello,

I have finished building a dynamics 365 guide on hololens2 using a trial author account. Moving forward, i will be purchasing a license for the author account and 2 more licenses for 2 new operators account. If all 3 account are in the same domain, can all three users access the guide designed by the author user? Can i make sure that all 3 licenses are working on the same common guide's environment?

Also, this guide is connected to power BI. is it possible to track the different users accessing the guide on the same hololens2?

Regarding tracking different users accessing the guide on the same HoloLens 2 through Power BI, it is possible. You can configure user tracking and analytics within Power BI to monitor and report on the activities of each user accessing the guide.
