Trouble Receiving Email Notifications for Approvals in Business Central

Hello,
 
I'm seeking assistance with an issue regarding email notifications for received approvals for one company. While I can view them on the homepage tile, I'm not receiving the corresponding emails in Outlook. I am receiving the notifications for companies A,B & C on my tenant, but not for company D, the notification and approval setup is the same across all the companies .Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

    there are a few places to check. besides previous suggestions, you could check below: go to the workflow, check the workflow responses if the flag is set to yes. 
    also check the email setting if company D from the 
     
     
    also check the notification setup in the below screen
     
    also send yourself a test email 
     
     
     
    if everything is fine but still no notification email, you could add a response from the first screenshot page to send you an email when a request is approved.

    Hi,
     
    If no-one is getting email notification for Company D then Look for Job Queue status for Job Queue - "Notification Entry Dispatcher", Codeunit 1509.
     
    This codeunit is responsible to send out Notification related to approvals.
     
    Also review all pending notification using Page - Notification Entries. This page hold all pending Notification Entries related to approval, which will be queued and send via Codeunit 1509 via Job Queue.
