Intrastat - "Button" missing

Hi,
 
I have a customer who wants to be able to print output report that shows all transaction codes. In my contoso demo, there is this option when I click on output from Intrastat declation page:
 
 
I guess, when I select Both as Direction here, I will see both arrivals and dispatches (= all transaction codes).
 
My customer don't have this option in their environment.
 
It looks like this:
 
 
 
Both environments is a version: 10.0.35
 
Does anyone know what the issue is?

    Is this Intrastat report started from a company with the same primary country? Each country where Intrastat is used has its own version of the report.

    Hi,
    This can be caused by different role permissions or different configurations in the environment:

    1. Role-based security: Ensure that the user has the necessary privileges and access rights to view and operate the "Direction" select. Review the security roles assigned to the user and make sure they have the appropriate permissions.

    2. Configuration differences: Compare the configuration settings between your demo environment and your customer's environment. Check the Intrastat setup and related parameters to see if there are any variations that could affect the availability of the "Direction" select.
