1I have a user who has MS Office 365 installed on their computers. Let’s say the ID that shows up when you open Excel is user1. When they log into MS NAV they log in as Joe. When I export or send to Excel it opens Excel and wants to use the account of Joe which does not have an office license. Usually, it will just open Excel using whatever license has
