Logging In as another User

Posted on by 11
I currently have the super permission in BC. I want to log in as another user so I can see what they see and make sure they only have access to certain items. For example, a lot of the users should not have access to our bank statements. Is there a way I can do this?

Thank you!

    You have two options:

    1. Assign yourself the same permissions as the user you want to check, and then remove the super permissions. When you are done, another user with super needs to give you super back.

    2. Have a 2nd account. As a Partner that can access a client's BC with delegated admin this works great. However, if you're an end user this doesn't really work as a 2nd account will consume an additional BC license.
