Customer Voice Survey not Loading preview

Hi!

My Customer Voice Survey is not loading. After I created the survey I copy the link to view the version the end user would see and the page keeps load then eventually times out.

1. I first clear my browser history and got the same result.

2. I tested previous surveys and they all loaded up just find.

3. When I remove the survey questions the preview loads

4. I created a new survey and everything works as it should

Any ideas whats going on? We have already printed on marketing materials using this link so we need to get this back working.
