Hi,

I am unable to edit the marked field when i try to do a mass edit via Advance Find. They seem to be greyed out on the mass edit form. Can you tell me the way to unlock the field so we can update it using Mass Edit

Thanks!

    Hello,

Can you edit this field in the normal form?

Did you try with Admin user?

Do you have field security on it?

Do you have the append/append to permissions on the needed entities?

Thanks for the response. I checked around 13 forms and none of them have that field in. So its really strange that its not allowing us to do the mass edit.

    Hi,

Can you check if you have enabled or created multiple main form for the same entity and in one of the form field is read only.

you should also check quick create form.
