Hi,
My requirement is to send Reports like Aged Report for Customer, Trial Balance in Chart of Accounts to Email automatically from business central. I referred some documents and videos regarding it. Through 'schedule to' i am able to send reports to /Report Inbox/ in the Business Central role center. I also used /Job Queue Entries/ to schedule the report. I am able to achieve it till the Report Inbox. But i cant able to send reports through email as a pdf document, even though I changed my settings in the printer management.

I also attached the referred documents and videos. Please guide me to proceed further to complete this task.

Out of the box you can not achieve this simply through configuration you will have to write some AL code as well to get a good solution to this.
Are you familiar with programming in AL?

If you are in USA/UK/Aust then I suggest you use below free app. It makes it a lot easier. I have tried those method and without a success (as many mentioned in video comments)

You cannot send reports to email through job queue entries when using Business Central Online. You might be experiencing that error.

So I think you have two options.. first, you can utilize the universal printer feature.. or else you can do the customization that I recently developed to enable this functionality in BC online..

Hi, as mentioned by the two experts above, this requires customization.
    And hope the following helps.

    Thanks.
