Dynamics 365 Commerce Call Center BOPIS?

Hi all,

I have reviewed the documentation for creating call center orders as well as creating an order in the online store for pick up. What I can't seem to find is documentation for an order placed in the call center for pick up in a brick-and-mortar store. I've attempted a couple of times to create the order in the call center with the pick-up mode of delivery that has been set up and made available for the store. The correct store shows in the call center order, but the pick-up does not show up in the store's POS. I have run all synch jobs required.

Any thoughts?

    Are you sure you are not setting a warehouse as pickup location in Call Center?

    Hi Eduardo,

    Ok, I see that I overlooked that now. I have run sync jobs though and still don't see the order for pick-up in the POS for the store? The order is in Open Status in F&O. Does it need to be in a different status? Thanks

    I believe this means that the warehouse you are selecting either is not being used in a retail store, which is a must for a pickup order, or that the store which is associated with does not have an address.

    Hi Shafeeque,

    I have checked these settings and they are configured correctly. I did however note this warning. Any info on how I'd tackle this?

    This is working in my environment.  Some configurations to check.

    1. I had to add the Call center to the Pick Up Mode of delivery.(Add Channel)

    2. "Support for multiple Pickup delivery modes" and "Ability to specify locations as “Shipping” or “Pickup” enabled within the Fulfillment group" features are enabled on the environment. The warehouses are updated as Shipping/Pick Up locations in fulfillment group.

    3. Enable order completion for the Call center Channel.
