Hi all,
I have reviewed the documentation for creating call center orders as well as creating an order in the online store for pick up. What I can't seem to find is documentation for an order placed in the call center for pick up in a brick-and-mortar store. I've attempted a couple of times to create the order in the call center with the pick-up mode of delivery that has been set up and made available for the store. The correct store shows in the call center order, but the pick-up does not show up in the store's POS. I have run all synch jobs required.
Any thoughts?
