Matching Audit Trail and General Journal using DMF Data Entities Export

We would like to export General Journal Data using the built in Data Entities under the Data Management Framework for Analytics/Dashboard use. 

We have found that we need to export General journal, General journal account entry and Audit Trail Data Entity tables to get the data we need. 
But we are unable to match the Audit trail file with the General Journal Data, as is seems we are missing the Created ID field, which can see is available under Voucher transactions, but not under Data Management Framework. 

Is there a matching table that we are missing, that somebody maybe knows about?

    There is a data entity called 'General journal account entry reporting' which can be used to export transactions.

    Do you know if there are any Data Entities that points to the Database tables GeneralJournalEntry and GeneralJournalAccountEntry?

    Hi DK,

    The General Journal entity is based on general journals for data entry. The entity does not contain details from the tables General Journal Entry and General Journal Account Entry.

    The entity is using the LedgerJournalLine table which does not have the CreatedTransactionID field enabled. The tables GeneralJournalEntry and GeneralJournalAccountEntry do have this field activated.

    Hi André, 

    It is not possible to add that field under the Generel Journal Entity at the moment. 

    Do you need to request it at Microsoft?

    It would be possible to add the CreatedTransactionID field to the data entity. I guess the field is missing at this moment.
