Hi,
I am trying to look for a way to export trial balance automatically on monthly bases.
1. Is there an out-of-box functionality or can it be done via data management tool?
2. I have look through the community posts and have seen that there is a way through electronic reporting. Is there any document that can help me to get this setup?
Any guidance would be appreciated!

Hi Moazzma Iqbal,
We cannot schedule the out-of-box trial balance in D365 since it is an inquiry and not a report, but you can try the method mentioned in this post:
