I am getting the same error (The file could not be uploaded at this time. Please try again later) when trying to import a file in a Config Package.

Steps - Open Config Package > select Table ID > Excel > Import from Excel > select the file and error message appears.

I then exported the file in a new Config Package and repeated import process - same error.

I closed browser and then re-opened and tried again - same error.

I closed everything and re-booted my device. Tried file 1 to Config Package 1 - same error. Tried file 2 to Config Package 2 - same error.
