Hello,

Is Sharepoint 2013 On Premise verison compatible with CRM 9.1 On Premise?

Do we have any official Compatibility Chart or versions listing of Sharepoint On Premise that are compatible with the Dynamics CRM On Premise 9.1?

In my case it doesn't seem compatible. can anyone please confirm it as soon as possible?

Thanks in advance,

Prince

RE: Dynamics 365 CRM Version 9.1 (On Premise) Compatibility with Sharepoint 2013 (On Premise)

    Hi Sayen,

    Thank you for the response,

The link you provided mentions that "SharePoint 2019 On Premise requires CRM 9.1 on premise".

But I want the official documentation/link mentioning that the "CRM 9.1 On Premise is not Compatible with SharePoint 2013 On Premise".

Or do we have any official listing of Compatible Versions of SharePoint that can be integrated with CRM 9.1?

    Regards,

    Prince

    Hi Prince,

Yes, SharePoint 2013 On Premise is not compatible with CRM 9.1 On Premise.

Here is a link about prerequisites when integrate CRM on-premises with SharePoint: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/on-prem-server-based-sharepoint-on-prem?view=op-9-1#sharepoint-prerequisites

We follow requirements from the link to download support SharePoint versions and can also search other devices which compatible with CRM on-premises in this link.

    Hope it will help you.

    Best Regards,

    Sayen Zhang
