Unexpected client error in non-private browser window

Hi All,
 
we are getting the below error message while clicking on any purchase order in  chrome/edge browser:
 
but when we open the browser in private window, we are able to click on purchase order.
 
tried clearing the cache and history in normal window but it is still throwing the error.
 
please advice how we can resolve this issue in normal browser.

    Can you confirm if some customization has happened for the Purchase orders?
     
    Also have to tried clearing usage data?

    Hi,
    You can try clearing usage data first and if that doesn't work, you can check out the old thread on this issue and try the method mentioned in the old thread.

    Hi,
    There are a few reasons why this problem may occur:
    1. Have you recently upgraded your browser client, or if you are using a different browser, such as Firefox?
    2. Did you use custom code that makes the browser unparse and throws an error?

    Purchase order page is having some customization. i checked with my colleague , he is not having any issues in edge with same roles. only I am getting this issue in both edge and chrome, I cleared the cache but still the same issue. This is not occuring if I use chrome In Private browser.

    Is the user that is encountering this error using saved views? Did it work correctly before? If so, was there any change on this environment before this issue started?
